My physiotherapist was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how we were going to fix it. I forgot the lady's name but she was totally clueless. I came in for dry needling and all she would do is pierce the skin and say "that should feel better now". Not once did I feel those needles go into my muscles. Left feeling worse then when I came in. Luckly I managed to get a appointment with my usual physiotherapist and her dry needling released all the knots in my shoulder in one session. There's probably good physiotherapists here but the one that I had should get her license removed. Also her attitude was very dismissive.
